There are no limits to the fantasy of architects and the technical daring of construction engineers. To put these dreams into practise, an accurate system planning is needed as well as consistent supervision of the different phases of construction.
Our office has the answer with the help of satellite-based surveying like GPS and SAPOS, 3D laserscanning, highly sensitive electronic systems for the measurement of height and location and in the use of complex system analyses which give information on the influence of each individual variable.
As far as complex construction projects are concerned, we accompany construction projects from the beginning to the handing over of the keys and the takeover inspection.
This starts with concepts regarding fixed points, preservation of evidence, coordination of all data calls, the participation at construction meetings and the naming of a surveying coordinator. Our measurement services also include supervisory measurements (control of evenness), thereby leading to quality control and cost optimization.
