R&S has been successful in the field of public (cadastral) surveying, area development planning, engineering surveying and property valuation for more than 60 years.

Currently, the main focus of our work is the internal measurement of existing buildings for revitalization purposes and measurement work for the purpose of space management with calculation of floor areas according to gif or DIN 277 (Standards for areas and volumes of buildings) resp. WoFlV (regulations for the calculation of residential floor areas).
